JobPiloteer is free to use for searching jobs, generating CVs, cover letters, and more. You only pay $0.50 per job application, and only if we successfully apply on your behalf. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no subscriptions.
Our pricing depends on several factors, including the number of employees at your company and whether you choose to add any extra features (or "Apps") to your package.We're confident you'll see a quick return on your investment — in fact, the majority of customers see that return within one year.
We only charge you after a job application is successfully submitted — never before. If the AI fails to submit a job, you won’t be charged in the first place. For anything unusual, there’s a simple dispute process available directly inside your dashboard by contacting our support team.
You can cancel or pause anytime by contacting our support either via email or via chat from your dashboard. You’ll only be charged for jobs already submitted before the cancellation. No fees for pausing, stopping, restarting, or changing your preferences.
Before a job campaign starts, you select your budget and only pay for successfully submitted job applications. We store your card securely via Stripe—JobPiloteer never sees or stores your payment details. We support 135+ currencies, local payment methods, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets supported by Stripe.
At the end of each campaign week, your card is charged based on the number of submitted applications. If your card fails, we pause your services until a valid payment method is added. Automated receipts are issued for every transaction.
